vided, designating the election precinct of the
District in which the voters are, or shall be re-
spectively entitled to vote, and shall deliver one
copy of the list of voters for each of said precincts
to the Judges of Election thereof.

Sec. 4. And be. it further enacted, That it shall
be the duty of the Commissioners of Baltimore
County to appoint three persons for each of said
precincts, residents thereof, to act as Judges of
Election for said precincts, and who shall perform
the duties of their office in the mariner required
by the Election Laws of the State of Maryland,
and such Judges shall make their returns in the
same manner as if the said precincts were Dis-
tricts, and in accordance with the laws applicable
to Judges of Elections for Districts, and they shall

receive the same compensation as other Judges of
Election in said county.

Sec. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act
shall take effect from the date of its passage, and
all Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent therewith
he and the same are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 139.
AN ACT to repeal sections ninety-three to ninety-
five inclusive, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, for Charles County, sub-title
"Roads," and to repeal Chapter four hundred
and fifty-two of Acts passed January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled an
"Act to repeal sections ninety-six to one hun-
dred and nine inclusive, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, for Charles County,
under the head of Roads, and to enact the fol-
lowing in lieu thereof; and to provide a Road
system for St. Mary's county."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sections ninety-three to ninety-
five inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
