Bounds.

of said Precinct Number One shall be as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Baltimore and
Harford County line, with the Maryland and Penn-
sylvania line, thence southerly, binding on said
Baltimore and Harford County line, to the point
of its intersection by the old York road, near the
dwelling house of George Kirkwood; thence be-
ginning on the northwestern side of the old York
road to the County road, leading from Arthur
Sheairs' to Stablersville; thence binding on the
southwest side of the road leading from Arthur
Shearis' to Stablersville to the point at which said
road crosses a stream known as Reedy Run; thence
with said stream to the point at which it empties
into the Third Mine Run; thence with the Third
Mine Run to the point at which it is crossed by
the County road near Stabler's saw mill; thence
with said County road, binding on its northern
side, crossing the Baltimore and York turnpike at
Little's old school house, to Walker's mill; thence
binding on the northern side of the County road
which crosses the Northern Central Railroad at
Walker's station, to the western boundary line of
said Seventh Election District; thence northerly
with the western boundary line of said Seventh
Election District to the Maryland and Pennsyl-
vania line, and thence easterly with the Maryland
and Pennsylvania line, to the place of beginning;
and the place of voting in said Precinct Number
One shall be at the house of Eli S. Sampson. Pre-

cinct Number Two, of said Seventh Election Dis-
trict, shall comprise all of said Seventh Election
District not included within the bounds of the
above described Precinct Number One; and the
place of voting in said Precinct Number Two shall
be Pleasant Hunter's Hotel, in Wisesburg.

Register all
voters.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall be the
duty of the Officer of Registration, in the said
Seventh Elect-ion District, prior to the next elec-
tion in said District, to register all the voters in
said District in the same mode and manner as the
voters in other Districts are required to be regis-
tered by the registration laws of the State of Mary-
land; and he shall prepare separate lists of voters,
according to the subdivisions of said Seventh Elec-
tion District into precincts, as hereinbefore pro-
