CHAPTER 132.
A SUPPLEMENT TO AN ACT incorporating
"The Columbia and Port Deposit Railroad Com-
pany," passed January session eighteen hundred
and fifty-eight, (chapter one hundred and three
giving authority to extend their Road and con-
nect the same with other Railroads ;

connect.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Columbia and Port De-
posit Railroad Company be and they are hereby
authorized to extend their Railroad to any point
on the Maryland and Delaware State line, and to
connect the same with any Railroad that is now or
may hereafter be built to said State line.

Cross and
intersect other
roads.
|
Sec. 2. Be it enacted, That the said Colum-
bia and Port Deposit Railroad Company are hereby
authorized to commence and extend their Railroad
to, or from such point or points on the State line as
they may deem best, and to connect their said Rail-
road with any Railroad it may cross or intersect.

In force.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage, and that
the Legislature reserves the right to repeal, alter,

CHAPTER 133.

AN ACT to amend and re-enact the eighty-sixth
and ninety-fifth Sections of Article four of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore City,
entitled "Auctions."
|
Be Eacted.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Sections eighty-six and ninety-
five of Article four of the Public Local Laws in re-
gard to "Auctions" in the city of Baltimore be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
