other estate, real, personal and mixed, of every kind and description, by way of security and in- demnity to the said Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, for and in any endorsement, or guar- antee of the said bonds by the the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and for all charges and expenses connected therewith, and which Mortgage shall be next in priority to those already executed by said Company.	Security.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the num- ber of Directors of said Company shall he in- creased to thirteen, and that the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore he and they are hereby authorized to appoint six Directors in addition to the Directors already to be appointed by said Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and that such additional Directors shall be appointed in the mode heretofore provided by law for the appoint- ment of Directors in said Company by said Mayor and City Council of Baltimore. Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 23, 1870.	la force.
CHAPTER 111.
AN ACT to amend an Act entitled a Supplement to an Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Superanuated Fund Society of the Maryland Annual Conference passed at December session, eighteen hundred and thirty-nine, Chapter two hundred and eighty-five, passed at December session, eighteen hundred and forty-four (Chap- ter twenty-one).
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That Section second of said Act be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows: Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the managers of said society, and their successors, henceforth in office, by their said corporate name shall be per-		Eepealed and re-enacted.
