AMENDMENT PROPOSED:

Strike out all in the second line of section 3, after the word
"for," down to the word "hereby," in line 3 of the same sec-
tion, and insert in lieu thereof the following : The Conven-
tion of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Diocese of
Easton.

tled an Act to regulate and make uniform the fees of Consta-
bles, passed January session, 1865, chapter 167,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments, section 45, of Article 81, of the Code of Public Gene-
ral Laws, entitled "Revenue and Taxes," and to add two sec-
