Local Laws, relating to Baltimore city, sub-title, Water,
and to re-enact the same as amended,

On motion of Mr. McCreery,

Leave was granted the Committee on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill to authorize and regulate the incorporation of
Railroad Companies in the State of Maryland.

On motion of Mr. Streett,

Leave was granted to the Harford delegation to introduce
a bill to authorize the County Commissioners of Harford
county, to sell the Aims-House property of said county, and to
purchase other property, and build a new Aims-House.

On motion of Mr. Cameron,

Leave was granted the Baltimore county delegation to in-
troduce a bill to empower the County Commissioners of
Baltimore county to levy a certain sum of money for the pur-
pose of meeting the expenses of repairing abridgenear Monk-
ton, in Baltimore county.

On motion of Mr. Carroll,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to-
introduce a bill to amend Article twenty-eight of the Code
of Public General Laws, to come in after section one, relating
to County Commissioners, on the amendatory Act of 1865,
chapter eighty-five.

On motion of Mr. Sanner,

Leave was granted the Committee on the Judiciary to intro-
duce a bill for the protection of the owners of Maryland Ves-
sels.

On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary, to
report a bill to amend and re-enact section 10, of Act 51, of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Justices of the
Peace, providing for custody of Dockets.

On motion of Mr. Cameron,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to-
introduce a bill to repeal the Act of Assembly, of 1864, re-
lating to the toll charged on passengers, on the Railroad of
the Baltimore and Yorktown Turnpike Company and to
amend the 4th section of the Act of 1860, chapter 259.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to-
introduce a bill to repeal chapter 411, passed at January
session, 1868, relating to Roads in Baltimore county.
