On motion of Mr. Brattau,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Brattan, Lankford and
Purnell to report a bill, relating to dogs in Somerset County.
On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Hoblitzell, McLane and
Webb, to report a bill to add a new section to Article 4, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Baltimore city, to be
entitled "Publication of Legal Notices."
On motion of Mr. Choate,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
report a bill for the purpose of removing the County Seat of
Baltimore county.
On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell,
Leave was granted the Committee on Ways and Means, to
report a bill exempting from State and City tax, the property
of Telasco Tribe, No. 46, United Order of Red Men, of Bal-
timore city, a charitable and benevolent Institution.
On motion of Mr. Bitter,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill to repeal sections one hundred and sixty-four,
one hundred and sixty-five, one hundred and sixty-seven,
and one hundred and sixty-nine, of an Act passed January
session, 1868, chapter eighty-seven, entitled an Act to add
additional sections to Article eleven, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Frederick county, relating to the powers and
duties of the Mayor, Aldermen and Common Council of
Frederick, to follow section one hundred and sixty-one, and
to substitute in lieu of section one hundred and sixty-four,
one hundred and sixty-five, one hundred and sixty-seven, and
one hundred and sixty-nine, the following.
On motion of Mr. McLane,
Leave was granted Messrs. McLane, Hoblitzell and Webb,
to introduce a bill to repeal sections 1 and 2 of chapter 240,
Acts of Assembly, 1861, amending Article 4 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, relating to the City of Baltimore, and
to re-enact the same as amended.
