Term of office.
|
Treasurer and one of the Board of Examiners in
July, and for two Vice Presidents and two Exam-
iners in January; said officers shall hold their re-
spective offices for the term of one year, or until
others be elected to succeed them. In case of a
vacancy occurring in said Board of Trustees from
other cause than expiration of term of office, said
Trustees are hereby empowered to fill said vacancy
by the appointment of a member of said College to
serve the unexpired term; no person other than a
member of said College shall be eligible to office in
same.

Render ac-
count.

Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That the Treas-
urer shall give bond for the faithful performance
of the duties of his office, and render account of his
transactions therein to the Board of Trustees in
such manner as they may direct.

Not to issue.
|
Sec. 5, And be it further enacted, That nothing
herein contained shall be so construed as to author-
ize the said Corporation to issue any note, certifi-
cate, device or token to be used as currency.

Reserved right
|
Sec, 6. And be it further enacted, That the right
is hereby expressly reserved to the General Assem-
bly to repeal this Act at its pleasure.

In force.
|
Sec. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act
of Incorporation shall take effect from the date of
its passage, and shall supersede the Act of Incor-
poration granted said Maryland College of Phar-
macy January twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred
and forty-one, and further, that the said last-named
Act of Incorporation is hereby repealed and de-
clared void.
