ably a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 89, of Article 21,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Washington
County," sub-title "Crier," and to re-enact the same as
amended.

Mr. Kean, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably a bill entitled an Act to authorize " Philos Lodge,
No. 91, Independent Order of Odd Fellows," to divide into-
burial lots the parcel of land owned by it, known as the
Philos Cemetery, and to sell the same and issue certificates
of title therefor.

Mr. Dennis, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably a bill entitled an Act to extend the powers of the
Register of Wills of Worcester county.

Mr. Cameron, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably a bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commission-
ers of Baltimore county to appoint an additional Constable
for district No. 5, in said county.

Mr. Standish, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably a bill entitled an Act for the better protection of
birds in Allegany county.

Mr. White, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably the bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of incor-
poration of Mechanicstown, Frederick county, Maryland,
passed February 13th, 1832, chapter 111, and the supple-
ments thereto, and sections 193,194, 195, 196,197, 198,199,
200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211,
and 212, of Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, and
to substitute in lieu of said Acts and sections, the following
sections incorporating the village of Mechanicstown, in said
county.
