Mr. Mitchell, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported favorably, a bill entitled an Act to repeal the sev-
enth section of Article 28, of the Code of Public General
Laws, relating to the correction of errors in the assessment
of property not liable to be assessed, and inserting in said
Article in lieu of the section so repealed, the following sec-
tion relating to said subject.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 12, of Article 28,
of the Supplement to the Code of Public General Laws, and
to re-enact the same with amendments

Mr. Owens, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably the Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new section
to the Code of Public Local Laws for Cecil county, under the
title of " Schools," for the purpose of apportioning the Aca-
demic Fund of said county, among the several Academics
thereof,

Mr Heck, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably, a bill entitled an Act to amend the Public Local Laws
of Kent county, title, " Chestertown," by repealing section
35, and to re enact the same as amended.
Which was read a first time.
Also, a bill entitled an Act to permit the hunting of foxes
in Kent county.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Brown, Chairman of a Select Committee, teported fa-
vorably, a bill entitled an Act to provide for the protection of
sheep in Queen Anne's county, and for reimbursing owners
of sheep for damages sustained by them in the killing or in-
juring of sheep by dogs.

Mr. McCreery, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably the bill entitled an Act to repeal so much of section 12,
chapter 267, of the Act passed March, 1860, entitled an Act
to incorporate a Company to open in part and improve the
road from Frederick city, in Frederick county, to the Spout
Spring, &c , as relates to rates of toll, and enact the fol-
lowing.
Mr. Loker, Chairman of a Select Committee, leported
favorably a bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor to
