Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill to extend the charter of the " Baltimore Col-
lege of Dental Surgery."

On motion of Mr. Streett,

Leave was granted to the Harford county delegation to in-
troduce a bill to amend the charter of the Long Green and
Jarrettsville Turnpike Company.

On motion of Mr. Owings,

Leave was granted to a Select Committee on Tobacco
Warehouses to report a bill to authorize James S. Morsell,
Jr., Mason L. Weems and George F. Needham to construct
a pier at the wharf at No. 3 Tobacco Warehouse, in the city
of Baltimore.

On motion of Mr. Ritter,

Leave was granted to the Frederick county delegation to
report a bill to authorize the Frederick and Emmittsburg
Turnpike Company to sell a portion of its road to the Freder-
ick and Woodsboro' Turnpike Company.

On motion of Mr. Thomas, of Frederick,

Leave was granted to the Frederick county delegation to
introduce a bill to add an additional section to Article 11, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick county, in relation
to horses and carriages kept at livery in Frederick.

On motion of Mr. Brattan,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 24, of Article
50 of the Code of Public General Laws, prescribing quali-
fication of jurors, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ment.

On motion of Mr. Crawford,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Crawford, Gordy and Brat-
tan to report a bill entitled an Act to amend the Public Gene-
ral Laws passed January session, 1865, chapter 31, so as
to exempt Wicomico county from the effects of the 2nd sec-
tion thereof, so far as relates to the publication of the Local
Laws of Wicomico county.

On motion of Mr. Brown,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce an Act to amend the Act chartering the Queens-
town and Harrington Railroad Company, so as to empower
said Company to include their franchises in any mortgage
which they may execute for the security for their first mort-
gage bonds.
