of Baltimore County to the Board of School Com-
missioners of said County, and running thence
and bounding on the southwest side of the Calver-
tori Road south, forty-three and a half degrees
east, about ninety-one feet to the centre of Frank-
lin street or Road extended, thence bounding west-
wardly on the centre of said street or Road ex-
tended, until it intersects the northeast side of the

Bounds.

Garrison Forrest Road, where a line drawn south
twenty-three and a half degrees, east about
seventy-one feet from the southwest corner of the
lot of ground heretofore conveyed, will intersect
the centre of said street or Road extended, thence
bounding reversely on said line north, twenty-
three and a half degrees west, about seventy-one
feet to said southwest corner, then running re-
versely on the second line of said lot, south eighty-
nine and three-quarter degrees east, one hundred
and fifty-eight feet six inches to the beginning.

To have
surveyed.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the Board of
County School Commissioners of Baltimore County
shall have said lot or parcel of ground surveyed
by the County Surveyor of said County, and the
deed for the same shall be made according to the
courses and distances designated by this Act and
determined by said survey, and the County Com-
missioners aforesaid shall forthwith execute and
deliver said deed.

In force.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTEE 43.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section eighteen of the Act en-
titled "An Act to incorporate a Company to
build a Turnpike Road from Libertytown, Fred-
erick County, through Johnsville to Pipe Creek,
Chapter three hundred and thirty-eight, passed
January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
four," and re-enact the same with amendments ;

of Maryland, That Section eighteen of the Act
