An Act to provide for the continuation of the General In-
dex of Judgments in Queen Anne's county.

An Act to repeal section 204, of Article 21, of Public Lo-
cal Laws for Washington county, relating to Justices of the
Peace and Constables in said county, and re-enact the same
as amended.

An Act for the better protection of Game in Montgomery
County.

An Act; to declare the sanction of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the gift and bequest of Andrew Small, late of
Washington city, deceased, to the Board of Trustees of the
Neelsville and Darnestown Presbyterian Church, of Mont-
gomery county, Maryland, and to a grant of land made
by Richard M. Williams, Trustee, to said Board of Trus-
tees,

An Act to amend an Act passed at the January session,
1868, chapter 161, entitled an Act to incorporate the Frede-
rick and Emmittsburg Railroad Company, and the time for
commencement and completion of the same. .

An Act to amend the Act passed at the January session,
1868, chapter 43, entitled an Act to incorporate the Frede-
rick and Williamsport Railroad Company.

An Act to repeal section 2, of chapter 100; passed at the
session of the General Assembly, 1867, entitled an Act to
incorporate the Trustees of the Baptist Church at Jones'
Mills, in Dorchester county, and re-etiact the said section so
as to read as follows.
