Commissioners of Dorchester county.

county.

county, in response to an order of the House.

Which were severally read and referred to the Select Com-
mittee on Retrenchment of County Expenses

The following Message was received from his Excellency,

I have the honor to transmit herewith a copy of the Re-
port of Messrs. R. Mackall and John M. Carter, Commis-
sioners on the part of this State in the American Convention
of Cattle Commissioners, held at Springfield, Ill., on the
first of December, 1868.
