Mr. Jump moved that said bill be read the third time this
day.

Mr. Kimmel, from the Joint Committee, to wait upon His
Excellency, the Governor, and inform him that the two
Houses of the General Assembly were about to adjourn and
to ascertain if he had any further communication to make,
reported that the Committee had performed that duty and
that His Excellency had no further communication to make.

Mr. Timmons submitted the following order:

Ordered, That the Committee Clerks be required to remain
