Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
was referred House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
Howard Central Turnpike Company, reported it without
amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Carroll moved that said bill be read the third time
this day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27 of
Article 3, of the Constitution and appeared, as follows :
