affirmative,

Said bill was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Miller moved that House bill entitled an Act supple-
mentary to an Act of 1866, chapter 4, entitled an Act sup-
plementary to the Act of 1864, chapter 853, entitled an Act
to incorporate the President and Commissioners of the town
of Cecilton, be read the third time this day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution and appeared, as follows:
