Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
was referred House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 6,
of an Act passed January session 1867) chapter 298, gab-
titled an Act to incorporate the Pennsylvania Line Railroad
Company, and to re-enact the same with amendments, re-
ported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Spates moved that said bill be read the third time
this day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution and appeared, as follows:
