Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
was referred House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
People's Land, Loan and Deposit Company, reported it with-
out amendment.

Mr. Carroll moved that said bill be read the second time
this day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution and appeared, as follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.
