We have received, your message asking the return of Sen-
ate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 83d section of 20th Ar-
ticle of Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled
"Fish and Fisheries in the Patuxent River," and herewith
return the same.

R. Trimble for taxes paid by him erroneously into the State
Treasury.
