Jump, The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 10, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Attachments," by add-
ing an additional section thereto, authorizing attachments
under certain limitations where a debt is not due, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as

Hyland, Wilson—14. NEGATIVE—None. Mr. Maddox, from the Committee on Elections, to whom
was referred House bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act
passed at the January session 1868, relating to the registra-
tion of voters, and to enact other provisions in lieu thereof,
reported it without amendment. Said bill was then read the second time. Mr. Carroll, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
passed at the January session 1868, chapter 363, restricting
the powers of the Commissioners of Howard County in issuing
the bonds of the county in aid of turnpike roads, reported, it
without amendment. Said bill was then read the second time. Mr. Sellman, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners for Montgomery county to sub-
scribe to the capital stock of turnpike companies in Mont-
gomery county, reported it without amendment. Said bill was then read the second time. Mr. Jump, from the Select Committee, to whom was refer-
red House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to
Article 20, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Tal-
bot County," to come in after section 81 of said Article, re-
ported it without amendment.
