A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay the claim of A.C.N. Matthews.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance

A bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Middletown," to
follow section 233.

Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Biggs, Henkle and Clarke.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 615, of Article 4,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Jurors," and re-
enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Montgomery county to subscribe
to the capital stock of turnpike companies in Montgomery
