BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 31,1870.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We respectfully ask the return of Senate bill entitled an
Act to amend the charter of the Baltimore and Pikesville
Railroad. Company, reported, unfavorably by this House on
March 29th, and report adopted.

Which was read.

Mr. Clarke submitted the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

March 31,1870.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message asking the return of the
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Balti-
more and Pikesville Railroad, in Baltimore county, and re-
spectfully deline to return the bill.

AUGUSTUS GASSAWAY,
Secretary.

Which was read., assented to, and sent to the House of Dele-
gates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered the follow-
ing bills:

A "bill entitled an Act to repeal section 115, of Article 7, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Carroll County," sub-
title "Westminster," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Carroll, Cecil and Prince George's counties.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed January
session 1868, relating to the registration of voters, and to
enact other provisions in lieu thereof.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Elections.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 367, approved
March 30, 1868, entitled, an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county, to subscribe in be-
half of said county to the capital stock of the Baltimore and
Drum Point Railroad Company, and re-enact the same with
amendments.
