Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
was referred House bill entitled an Act to provide for the
creation and regulation of incorporated Companies in the
State of Maryland, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
was referred House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
Baltimore Savings and Trust Company, reported it without
amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Henry, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to change the name of the
town of Tobacco Stick, in Dorchester county, reported it
without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Henry, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled 'Dor-
chester County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables," to corn" in after section 124, reported it without
amendment,

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Henry, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act, passed January session,
1864, entitled an Act to divide No. 10, or Straight's district
in Dorchester county, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, to whom was
referred House Joint Besolutions authorizing the Comp-
troller to examine and nettle the accounts for arming, equip-
ping and uniforming the Militia, reported them without
amendment. '

Said resolutions were then read the second time.
