Which was read the first time and referred to the Sena-
tors from Anne Arundel, Frederick and Baltimore counties.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the sections of Article
4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore city, title
"Inspections," from section 272 to section 667.

Also, the following Acts supplementary and amendatory
thereto, to wit: the Act of 1861, chapter 351, Acts of 1862,
chapters 116, 199, 254 and 283, &c.

Which was read and referred' to the Committee on Fi-
nance.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 165, 166, 167, 168,
169, 170, 171, 173, 174 and 185, of Article 10, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Dorchester county, relating to roads,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Dorchester, Caroline and Wicomico counties.

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace for Montgomery

county,

 
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.

the County Commissioners of Montgomery county to add ad-
ditional buildings to almshouse of said county,
