Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1867,
chapter 385, in relation to Pensions.

Being on the third reading.

Mr. Fields moved that the further consideration of said bill
be postponed until to-morrow, Thursday, at 1 o'clock.

Mr. Grove called for the yeas and nay a.
On the question being, put,
It was determined in the affirmative.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered the follow-
ing Joint Resolutions:

Resolutions authorizing the State Librarian to subscribe
for two hundred and fifty copies of Cohen and Campbell's
Digest of the Decisions of the Court, of Appeals.

Which were read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

In pursuance of the order of the morning session, the Sen-
ate proceeded to the consideration of the House bill entitled
an Act to repeal the Act of 1868, chapter 407, entitled an
