Act of 1866, chapter 43, entitled an Act to incorporate the
President and Directors of the Baltimore and Pikesville Rail-
road Company, and enact a substitute therefor, Endorsed, " Reported unfavorably from the Baltimore
county delegation, and unfavorable report adopted." A bill entitled an Act to enlarge the powers of the Com-
missioners of Washington county, under Article 21, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Washington County,"
under the head of County Commissioners, by adding thereto
the following sub-section, Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Mr. Wilson submitted the following order : Ordered, That the Senate will proceed, at 8 o'clock this
evening, to consider the House bill from the Committee on
Education, to the exclusion of all other business, until the
same shall have been disposed of, except Senate bills on their
third reading. On the question being put,
It was determined in the affirmative. Mr. Carroll asked and obtained leave to withdraw the
Senate bill entitled an Act to require the Life Association of
America to deposit certain bonds with the Comptroller, &c. The House bill entitled an Act to remove the disabilities
of all persons which have been incurred under the 41st sec-
tion, of Article 3, of the Constitution, and to restore them to
the full privileges of citizenship, having been mislaid or lost, On motion by Mr. Miller, It was ordered that said printed House bill and on the file
of House printed bills, be copied, and the proper House and
Senate endorsements, by the Clerk and Secretary, be made
therein, and placed in the file in regular order. On motion by Mr. Welch,
The Senate adjourned.
