On motion by Mr. Clarke,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 26, of Ar-
ticle 38, of the Code of Public General Laws, in relation to
the fees of Registers of Wills, and to enact the following in
lieu thereof,

Was placed on the second reading.

Mr. Timmons moved to strike out the enacting clause of
said bill.

Mr. Fields called for the yeas and nays.
On the question being put,
It was determined in the affirmative.
