County Commissioners of Anne Arundel county, to correct
the errors in the assessment of their property.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Talbot counties.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the Coun-
ty Commissioners of Dorchester county to build a bridge over
Fishing Creek Ferry, in said county, and to levy a sum of
money for the same.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Dorchester, Somerset and Wicomico counties.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Citizens' Railway
Company of Baltimore city.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Baltimore city.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and require the County
Commissioners of Cecil county to levy a sum of money to
pay the crier and bailiff of the Circuit Court of said county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Cecil, Howard and Carroll counties.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal" an Act entitled an Act to
incorporate the Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Anne
Arundel county, passed January session, 1868, chapter 91,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Agricultural and
Mechanical Society of Allegany county, and West Virginia,
and Pennsylvania, to issue coupon bonds, and secure the
payment thereof.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Allegany, Cecil and Howard counties.

And returned the Senate Joint Resolutions to remit the
Colonization Tax, levied under chapter 281, of 1831,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
for the establishment of an Academy at Elkton, passed at
December session, 1817,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Powha-
tan Steamboat Company to issue bonds to increase their
capital stock,
