The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund M. F. O' Neal the
sum of fifty dollars, erroneously paid into the Treasury of
the State,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as

late Collectors of State Taxes in Talbot county,

a third reading.

The House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Laurel, in Prince George's county,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
