Was considered and postponed until to-morrow.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Wi-
comico Exchange Back,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 146, of
Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Cecil
County," and relating to the village of Port Deposit, and re-
enact the same with amendments,

Being upon the third reading, was,
On motion by Mr. Miller,
Recommitted to the Select Committee.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to M. T. O'Neal
the sum of fifty dollars erroneously paid into the Treasury of
the State,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 83rd section of
the 20th Article of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Fish and Fisheries," in the Patuxent river, and re-enact the
same with amendments.

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund and pay to Francis
P. Eager, of the City of Baltimore, the sum of two hundred and
eighty-eight dollars and eighty cents, erroneously paid into the
Treasury,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the 8th Article of
the Public Local Laws of Cecil county, title "Elkton", by re-
pealing sections 66, 68 and 69 of said Article, and re-enact the
same with amendments,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to distribute the Academic
and High School Fund of Carroll county to the Western Mary-
land College and Manchester Academy in Carroll county,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
