Also, from the same Committee to whom was referred,

House bill entitled an Act to establish voting precincts in
the 7th election district of Baltimore county, reported it with-
out amendment.

Also, from the same Committee to whom was referred,

House bill entitled an Act to amend chapter 389 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1864, entitled an Act supple-
mental to the Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore
and Liberty Turnpike Company, &c., reported it without
amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the 10th section
of the Act of 1868, chapter 299, relating to the Public Roads,
so as to include "Wicomico county therein, and to make all the
provisions of said Act apply to Wicomico county, so as to read
as follows.,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 82 and 84
of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dor-
chester County," sub-title "Collectors," relating to the redemp-
tion of real estate sold for taxes, aid the mode of recovering the
possession thereof,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections one and
four of chapter 31, of the Code of Public General Laws, passed
at the January session 1865, and to repeal sections one and
two of chapter 440 of the law passed by the General Assembly
1868, in relation to the publication of laws, &c.,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
