ferred House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Carroll county to indemnify Wm. Shaw
for the destruction of his property in the City of Westmin-
ster, by mob, in 1865, and to levy a sum of money for the
payment of such indemnity, reported it without amendment. Said bill was then read the second time. Also, from the same Committee, to whom was referred.

to the Public Local Laws of Wicomico county, to be entitled

was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act for the relief of
the Cambridge Harbor Internal Navigation Company. Which was read the first time, Mr. Malone, from the Select Committee to whom the leave
was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act
entitled an Act to amend Article 29 of the Code of Public
General Laws of the State of Maryland, adding thereto the
following sections, and. relating to the liens of judgments
rendered in the Circuit Courts for Somerset and Worcester
counties. Which was read the first time.
Mr. Clarke, from the Select Committee to whom was referred, House bill entitled an Act to authorize and require the County
Commissioners of Baltimore county to levy a sum of money,
not exceeding three hundred dollars, for the purpose of reim-
bursing certain parties for expense incurred in the erection of
two bridges in said county, reported it without amendment. Said bill was then read the second time.
