ferred House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the District

referred House bill entitled an Act to regulate fees of the
Sheriff of Worcester county, so far as relates to board of pris-

was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act for the relief of
the Cambridge Harbor Internal Navigation and Wharf Com-
pany. Which was read the first time. Mr. Malone, from the Select Committee to whom the leave
was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act to amend the
10th section of the Act of 1868, chapter 299, relating to pub-
lic roads, so as to exclude Wicomico county therein, and to
make all the provisions of the said Act apply to Wicomico
county, so as to read as follows. Which was read the first time. Mr. Henry, from the Select Committee to whom the leave
was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 82
and 84, of Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Collections," relating to
the redemption of real estate sold for taxes, and the mode of
recovering the possession thereof. Which was read the first time.
