ground, reported it without amendment. Said bill was then read the second time. Also, from the same Committee to whom wan referred House
bill entitled an Act to amend and make perpetual the charter
of the Society of Redemptorists of the City of Baltimore, in-
corporated January 21st, 1842, reported it without amend-
ment, Said bill was then read the second time. Also, from the same Committee to whom was referred House
bill entitled an Act to authorize the Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of Baltimore to sell a certain parcel of land, reported
it without amendment. Said bill was then read the second time. Mr. Henry, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act for the better protection of
Fur in Dorchester and Wicomico counties, reported it with-
out amendment. Said bill was then read the second time. Also, from the same Committee to whom was referred House
bill entitled an Act to amend the Public General Laws,
passed January session 1865, chapter 31, so as to exempt
Wicomico and Dorchester counties, from the second section
thereof, so far as relates to the publication of the Local Laws,
reported it without amendment. Said bill was then read the second time. Mr. Sellman, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 55, 56,
57, 58, 60, 65 and 73, of Article 15, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled Montgomery county, sub-title Rockville,
and to re-enact the following section sin lieu thereof, reported
it without amendment. Said bill was then read the second time.
