passed by yeas and nays, as follows :

NEGATIVE—None.

Mr. Malone, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
the leave was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act to in-
corporate the Wicomico Exchange Bank.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
was referred House bill entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to the Act of 1865, chapter 36, entitled an Act to incor-
porate the German Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore
city, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second, time.

Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
the leave was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act of in-
corporation of the Western Maryland Produce Association.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Malone, from the Select Committee to whom the leave
was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act to amend the
Act of 1868, chapter 253, entitled an Act to remove cases of
guardianship from Somerset and Worcester counties to Wi-
comico county.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Welch, from the Select Committee, to whom the leave
was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act to protect fish
and wild fowl in the waters of Queen Anne's, Kent and
Harford counties.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Wilson, from the Select Committee, to whom the leave
was granted, reported a bill entitled, an Act to prevent sta-
tionary or permanent weirs or hedges being placed in the
western branch of the Patuxent river, and the eastern branch
of the Potomac and its tributaries,

Which was read the first time.
