Section 3, line 5, of the printed bill, after the words " the
sum of," strike out the word " one " and insert three.

In section 3, line 10, of the printed bill, strike out the
word " fifty " and insert the words three hundred.

Which were severally read and adopted.

Said bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays, as follows :

A bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to
incorporate the Home Missionary Society of the Maryland
Annual Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church, passed.
at the December session 1860, chapter 35,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Western
Maryland Railroad Company, by increasing the number of
Directors in said Company, &c.,

Endorsed, "Passed byyeas and nays."

A bill entitled an Act to facilitate the examination of titles
to lands in Prince George's county.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled an Act to amend the Public General Laws,
passed at the January session 1865, chapter 31, so as to ex-
empt Somerset and Worcester counties from the effects of the
2nd section thereof so far as relates to the publication of the
Local Laws,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays, with the proposed
amendment."

Amend by inserting in the 2nd line of section 1, after the
word "second," the words and third.

Which was read and adopted.
