The Senate bill entitled an Act to extend the charter of
the Powhatan Steamboat Company of Baltimore,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Mr. Hyland moved that the rules be suspended, in order
to give the House bill entitled an Act to regulate the draw-
ing and selection of jurors in Somerset and Worcester coun-
ties the second reading.

The yeas and nays were called, as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution, and appeared, as follows :
