the affirmative,

Said bill was read the third time, and passed by yeas, and

By unanimous consent,

Mr. Fields, from the Select Committee to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 98 to 113,
both inclusive, of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
undertitle "Caroline County, "sub-title," Greensborough,"
and the Act of 1866, chapter 96, and to enact the following
in lieu thereof, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.
On motion by Mr. Fields,
The Senate took a recess until 8 o'clock, P. M.
