A bill entitled an Act to add a further supplement to an
Act to incorporate the Weverton Manufacturing Company,
passed at December Session, 1834, chapter 144, appointing
certain Directors, and regulating the time and place of
holding the first meeting of stockholders.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the sections from 44 to 55,
both inclusive, sub-title "Traders," and the sections from
60 to 69, both inclusive, sub-title "Spirituous and Fermented
Liquors by Retailers," and the sections from 73 to 84, both
inclusive, and section 86, of sub-title "Oyster and Eating
Houses," of Article 56, of the Coda of Public General Laws,
entitled "Licenses," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

A bill entitled an Act to regulate the drawing and selec-
tion of Jurors in Somerset and Worcester counties.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Somerset, Worcester and Wicomico counties.

A bill entitled an Act to change the name and style of the
Trustees of the Central School in Frederick county, and to
repeal the Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of
the Central School in Frederick county, and re-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Frederick, Talbot and Baltimore counties.

A bill entitled an Act to protect Fish in the waters of Mill
creek and Principio creek, in Cecil county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Cecil, Worcester and Carroll counties.

A bill entitled an Act to prevent the catching of Oysters
for sale in the waters of Saint Leonard's creek, Island creek,
and Battle creek, in Calvert county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Calvert, St. Mary's and Queen Anne's county.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
