authorize Philos Lodge, No. 91, Independent Order of Odd
Fellows, to divide into burial lota, the parcel of land owned
by it, known as the "Philos Cemetery," and to sell the same,
and issue certificates of titles therefor, reported it without.

whom was referred House bill entitled an Act to repeal
the seventh section of Article 28, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, relating to the correction of errors in the assess-
ment of property not liable to be assessed, and inserting in
said Article in lieu of the section so repealed, the following
section relating to said subject, reported it without amend-
ment.
Said bill was then read the second time. The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 302, of
Acts of General Assembly of 1868, entitled an Act to pro-
vide for refunding money paid into the State Treasury, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
