ing that hereafter Female Minors shall not be committed to
said Institution, and authorizing it to place in other Institu-
tions, the females now under its charge, reported it without
amendment.

Mr. Timmons, from the Select Committee, to whom was
referred House bill entitled an Act to extend the powers
of the Register of Wills of Worcester county, reported it with-
out amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Biggs, from the Select Committee to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick
county, in relation to horses and carriages kept at livery in
Fredericktown, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Biggs, from the Select Committee to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 101, 102,
105, and 145 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Frederick county, relating to the powers and duties of the
Mayor, Aldermen, and Common Council of Frederick, and
to re-enact the same with amendments, reported, it without
amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Miller, from the Select Committee to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 8, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, from
sections 114 to 142 inclusive, title "Cecil County," subtitle,
"North East," and re-enact the same with amend-
ments, reported it without amendment.

 
Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Clarke, from the Select Committee to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to prohibit stock from run-
ning at large in and around Catonsville, in Baltimore county,
reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Clarke, from the same Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county to appoint an additional Consta-
ble for district No. 5, in said county, reported it without
amendments.

Said bill was then read the second time.
