HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
Annapolis, March 2,1.870.

Gentlemen of the Senate:

We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body,
the appointment of a Committee consisting of three on the
part of the House and two on the part of the Senate, to con-
fer upon proposed Senate action adopting an unfavorable re-
port from Committee on Judicial Proceedings, upon House
bill entitled an Act to add "an additional section to Article
12, of the Code of Public Local Laws," entitled "Harford

County," sub-title "State's Attorney."

We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs.
Street, Merrick and Mitchell.

A bill entitled, an Act to add an additional section to Ar-
ticle 12, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Har-
ford County," sub-title, "State's Attorney."

Endorsed "By the House of Delegates, February 28,
1870."

Beturned by the Senate,

Endorsed " Reported unfavorably from the Committee on

Judicial Proceedings, and the report adopted."

A bill entitled an Act to change the dividing line between
the first and the eighth election districts in Worcester county,

Was read the first, time and referred to the Senators from
Worcester, Carroll and Cecil counties.

Abill entitled an Act to repeal the 7th section of Article 28,
of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the correction
of errors in the assessment of property not liable to be assess-
ed, and inserting in said Article in lieu of the section so re-
pealed, the following section relating to said subject.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled an Act to continue in force an Act entitled
an Act to regulate and make uniform the fees of Constables,
passed January session 1868, chapter 67.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.
