Mr. Neill submitted the following order :

Ordered, That Hon. J. Monroe Sword be granted leave oi
absence until Tuesday next.

Which was adopted.
On motion of Mr. Morse,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the Real Estate and Savings
Bank of Baltimore.

On motion of Mr. Choate,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill for the better protection of game throughout
the State.

On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to repeal section 615, of Article 4, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "City of Baltimore."
sub-title "Jurors," and re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Brattan,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill authorizing the appointment, by the Governor,
of a Notary Public in Princess Anne, in Somerset county

On motion of Mr. Seibert,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and Means
to report a bill repealing section 9, of Article —, entitled
"Bounties," in the supplement to the Code of 1868, passed
and approved March 28, 1868, and reporting in lieu thereof
a section extending the time for presenting the claims there-
in referred to, to September 1, 1870.

On motion of Mr. White,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to amend the Act of 1867, chapter 320, en-
titled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of the Parsonage
belonging to the Mechanicstown charge of the German Re-
formed Church.

On motion of Mr. Chapman,

Leave was granted to the Charles county delegation and
