Postponed until Thursday the 24th inst.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional section
to the 13th Article of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled "Crimes and Punishments," relating to killing cattle,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the 16th Article of
the Code of Public General Laws, by adding thereto the fol-
lowing sections relating to Trustees appointed, by wills or by
a decree of a Court of Equity to fill a vacancy in the office of
Trustee in any trust relating to real estate or leasehold pro-
perty created by will,

Being upon its second reading;
Mr. Maddox submitted the following amendment:
Line 5, after the word " real," insert, or personal.
Which was read and adopted.
