Which was adopted.
Said Bill, as amended, was then read the second time.

Mr. Henry, from the Select Committee to whom was re-
ferred House bill-entitled an Act regulating fences in Lake's,
Straights', and Drawbridge districts of Dorchester county, re-
ported it without amendment.

Said bill wa.s then read the second time.

Mr. Malone, from the Select Committee to whom the leave
had been granted, reported a bill entitled an Act to incor-
porate the National Co-operative Business Agency Com-
pany, asked to be discharged from the further consideration
thereof.

On motion by Mr. Malone,

Said bill was then referred to the Committee on Judicial-
Proceedings.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Somerset county, to change the place of
holding the election in the 2d district of Somerset county, of
said county, known as Dames' Quarter District,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act regulating the compensa-
tion of witnesses in Wicomico county,

Was read the second time, and ordered to bo engrossed
for a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act entitled
an Act to regulate the compensation of the State's Attorney
of Worcester county, passed February 11 , 1864, and re-enact
the same with amendments,

Was read the second time, and ordered to he engrossed for
a third reading.

On motion by Mr. Snyder,

The vote by which the House bill entitled an Act to re-
peal sections 1 and 2, of chapter 240, passed at the December
session of the General Assembly, 1861, in relation to pollu-
ting the water in Swan Lake, &c., was postponed until
Tuesday next,

Was reconsidered.
On motion by Mr. Snyder,

Said bill was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
