Biggs, Parker,
Browne, Sellman,
Clarke, Snyder,
Henkle, Spates,
Henry, Stephenson,
Hyland, Timmons,
Malone, Welch—16.

NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the distribu-
tion of the net revenue arising from the inspection of Tobac-

co in this State, to Prince George's, Charles, St. Mary's,
Anne Arundel and Calvert counties,

Was read the second time.

Mr. Clarke moved that said bill be recommitted to the

Committee on Finance.

On the question being put it was determined in the affirma-
tive.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered

The Joint Resolutions rejecting the XVth Amendment
proposed to the Constitution of the United States.

Which were read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Federal Relations.

The hour having arrived for the orders of the day,

The President announced the Senate bill entitled an Act

to facilitate the examination of titles to laws in Prince
George's county.

Which was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
