regulate the compensation of the State's Attorney in Worces-

ferred House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 17 and
19, of Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Dor-
chester county, entitled "Almshouse," and to repeal sections
10 and 20, of said Article, and re-enact the same with amendments.
