Mr. Clarke moved, that when the Senate adjourn, it stand
adjourned until this evening, at 8 o'clock.

Mr. Fields called for the yeas and nays.
On the question being put,
It was determined in the affirmative.

The Senate met pursuant to adjournment.
Present at roll call, the following Senators :

Fields, Grove, Henkle, Henry, Hyland, Jump, Kimmel,
Malone, Miller, Parker, Sellman, Snyder, Spates, Stephen-
son, Timmons, Welch—22.

On motion by Mr. Malone,

The Senate proceeded to the consideration of Executive
business, and after a time, resumed the consideration of
Legislative business.

On motion by Mr. Fields,
The Senate adjourned.
