Act to incorporate the Towsontown Railroad Company,
passed at the January session of 1858, March 9, chapter 372.

Mr. Earle, by unanimous consent, presented the memorial

of John S. Berry and others, commissioners under the Act of
1864, chapter 23, asking for relief.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Fi-
nance and ordered to be printed.

On motion by Mr. Kimmel,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill entitled an Act to grant unto Joseph
Hankey, of Baltimore city, an equal right with the Broad-
way and Locust Point Steam Ferry Company of Maryland,
to use the end of the county wharf, and the wharf itself, in
common with others, for receiving anil landing passengers,
horses, wagons, &c., and other freight, into and from his

Steam Ferry Boat, plying between said wharf and Locust
Point,

The following bill was this day presented to the Gov-
ernor for his signature:

An Act to repeal sections 12 and 15 of an Act passed Jan-
uary session, 1867, chapter 298, entitled an Act to incorpo-
rate the Pennsylvania Line Railroad Company, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

On motion by Mr. Clark, and by unanimous consent,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Internal Improve-
ments to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an .additional
section to Article seventy-seven, of the Code of Public Gene-
ral Laws, entitled "Railroads."

On motion by Mr. Henkle, and by unanimous consent,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill to amend the Act of incorporation of the Super-
annuated Fund Society of the Maryland Annual Conference
of the Methodist Protestant Church.

Oil motion by Mr. Henkle, and by unanimous consent,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill to amend the Act to incorporate the Home Mis-
sionary Society of the Methodist Protestant Church.

On motion by Mr. Earle, and by unanimous consent, it
was

Ordered, That the Comptroller report to the Senate whether
the revenues of the State, arising from the Susquehanna
and Tide-water Canal within the two past fiscal years, have
